STEP 1: pRAY!
Pray! Where might God want to use you at CM? What gifts do you have?

STEP 2: Leadership 101
All CM/YL leaders (new AND returning) are required to attend Leadership 101. This is an event that we host for students to learn more about our organization, leadership roles, and the mission God has for us! It's okay if you're not sure about serving as a leader - in fact, this is a great place to come to help you figure that out!

STEP 3: apply
After the Leadership 101 event (whether in person or virtually), you will see a link and password to the Leadership Application.

STEP 4: iNTERVIEW
After you hit "submit" on your Leadership Application, you will be prompted to sign up for an interview.

STEP 5: Decisions
Our staff will be prayerfully making decisions about our limited number of leadership roles in mid-late April. You will receive notifications via email about if there is a spot for you, what team, and next steps.
