THESE ARE THE STEPS YOU NEED TO DO TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION PROCESS:
1. Read over the CM Leadership Team descriptions below.
2. Attend "Virtual Leadership 101" - click on this link to complete "Virtual Leadership 101". After watching all four videos completely, fill out the questionnaire at the bottom of the page!
3. Complete the Leadership Application! Since it is past the official leadership application deadline, please contact a staff member for the password.
4. Carefully read and sign the CM Leadership Covenant (as a part of the Leadership Application).
5. After completing the application, contact the staff member overseeing team you applied for to schedule an interview!

HOUSE GROUP TEAM (DOWNTOWN)

This team is made up of upperclassman (Juniors +) students who are interested in hosting and leading a discussion based on the teaching at The Well for 6-8 students each week, while building community and “doing life” together. We are looking for House Group Leaders downtown who:
  • Have a passion for and a desire to care for students downtown while building meaningful relationships with them
  • Create a hospitable environment for students looking to belong in community
  • Desire to walk alongside peers in life circumstances and times of crisis 
  • Love the Bible and want to learn more along with their House Group
  • Will commit to attend The Well Downtown regularly and encourage their House Group to attend with them

Time commitment

  • House Group Weekly Team Meeting time TBD!
  • Lead a House Group one day a week for two hours 
  • 1-2 hrs per week for one-on-one meetings with House Group Members
  • 1 hr per month one-on-one meeting with Life Group Intern
  • Regular attendance at the Well Downtown 
  • Regularly attend CM events and invite their House Group to attend with you

Celevitationality team (DOWNTOWN)

What is celevitationality? Celebration, invitation, and hospitality, all combined into one word. Campus Ministry is your living room! Welcome people. Show incredible hospitality. Be invitational about everything CM has to offer. Bring the celebration culture CM is!! By joining this team, you are committing to welcoming and getting to know students who attend The Well & CM events, learning how to be missional to go out and be celevitational in your “platforms” of influence, and help host & participate in various CM social & service events throughout the year.

Time commitment

  • Weekly 2 hour team meeting on Tuesdays from 3-5pm
  • Sunday nights at The Well Downtown, 7:30pm-9:30pm
  • Attend and host CM social, service, and/or prayer events.

WELL PROGRAM TEAM (DOWNTOWN)

This team meets with various CM Staff to study the Bible, pray, dream, and craft the teachings for the Well and create the study material for DT House Groups. The Program Team also helps brainstorm creative ways to shape the worship experience and culture of The Well and House Groups. This team helps set-up, clean up, and implement the program at The Well Downtown each week.

Time commitment

  • Weekly 2 hour planning meeting time TBD!
  • Sunday nights at The Well from 7:30 to 9:30pm

WORSHIP ARTS TEAMS (DOWNTOWN)

MUSIC TEAM // PRODUCTIONS TEAM

MUSIC TEAM

This team has a passion for music and worship, and, in partnership with the Productions team, works to enrich the worship experiences at The Well Downtown. Individuals on this team will be scheduled to sing or play 2 times a month. This team is looking for people who are able to sing and/or play an instrument with a high level of skill.

MUSIC TEAM - Time commitment

  • Worship Arts Team Gatherings/Trainings 1-2 times per semester
  • Play/rehearse as needed for Reunions
  • Sunday Nights at The Well:
  • Rehearsal and Dinner from 4:00-7:00pm
  • Play at the Well from 7:00-9:00pm on weeks you are scheduled

PRODUCTIONS TEAM

This team is responsible for setting up equipment, running sound and projection for CM events (primarily the Well Downtown)! This team will consistently work side-by-side with the Music team to serve our community. Having experience with a soundboard or other audio/visual technology is beneficial, but not required. Most importantly, these are students who are willing to learn and be trained in the technical elements of CM events!

PRODUCTIONS TEAM - TIME COMMITMENT

  • Training on Thursdays at 7pm when scheduled
  • Worship Arts Team Gatherings/Trainings 3-4 times per semester
  • Reunions 3:00-11:00pm when scheduled
  • Sunday Nights at The Well:
  • Rehearsal and Dinner from 4:00-7:00pm
  • Service from 7:00-9:00pm on weeks you are scheduled
